I have onboarding on the brain.
Not only have I been working with one of my contracts on building their own in-house onboarding process, but I’ve had to sort my own out, as well. As a new agency, the one thing that’s been on my mind is ensuring I’ve built a thorough onboarding checklist that I can use with each new client. It needs to be in-depth enough that I’m going to have every single detail I need from their side to curate a stellar 30/60/90, but user-friendly enough that all my new clients understand my asks and can provide clear direction for each.
